Hey, lovely face.

I'm Jenn Rych - 18 years a blogger, 12 years a wife, 10 years a mom.

We live near Buffalo, NY and juggle our wild household of 3 boys and 4 pets while trying to cultivate a happy, beautiful life. We live in a teensy cozy ranch on a big plot of land, and I'm always trying to work on it and dress it up to make it feel a bit more liveable for our crazy bunch.

Matt and I married in 2007, and spent five years living in Charlotte, NC before moving closer to family once our first baby was born. I say this all the time, but he's a better person than I am, and he is the perfect compliment to my quirks!

I've been blogging on various platforms since 2001, and Enrychment is my happy place. This is the blog that feels the most ME of them all, and I'm always happy to write here. I talk a lot about clothes, holidays, our house, personal development, books, health and nutrition, local outings, and our family story. It's meant to be the chronicle of how I'm enriching the lives of myself and my family, but because our crazy polish last name spells itself with a Y, so does my blog. ;)

I love to study life. I read a lot of spiritual and self-help books, and I journal and write my heart out. I love to craft and play around with photography, decor, fashion, gardening, and anything pretty and colorful. I'm a yogi - not acrobatically skilled, but I practice, and try to honor the ethical limbs of yoga. I believe in little pieces, flawed and gorgeous love, and always harnessing the beauty in a single given day.

And personally? I'm your typical 30-something mom who's pretty sure she's still 19, obsessed with nail polish, pretty bookmarks, assigning witty or beautiful names to things that don't at all need a name, paint-by-number kits, podcasts, lilac dish soap, loud poppy music, and Trader Joe's dark chocolate peanut butter cups.

I value gratitude, humor, kindness, and authenticity above most things.

And my boys are my world.

Keep in touch and follow my posts for daily life stuff, self help book reviews, happiness challenges and practices, and a whole lot on clothes, because....

I love new clothes. If everyone could just wear new clothes every day I reckon depression wouldn't exist anymore. -Sophie Kinsella, Confessions of a Shopaholic
